We are privately owned health and social service training and recruitment company based in London operating across whole of London and Greater London.
Apprenticeships are a great way to upskill your existing team, too – practically anyone can be an Apprentice. If you need to recruit someone, we’ll help with that, too.
We’ll match you with a dedicated Training Consultant, who will be your point of contact on a day-to-day basis. All our Training Consultants have extensive industry experience, educational expertise, DBS checks – and, plenty of friendly helpful advice.
An Apprenticeship combines ‘real’ work in a real job, with a range of training activities, such as assignments, reflective statements and shadowing, as well as off-the-job training, which can be delivered either at your workplace or at one of our training centres.
Help and advice is never far away, and we’ll arrange to meet with you and your Apprentice regularly to make sure everything’s going to plan, and offer any help required.
As the apprentice nears completion of their time on their Apprenticeship, they enter into the ‘gateway’ phase. This is the transition between formal training and the assessment process known as ‘End Point Assessment’.
End-point assessment (EPA) is an assessment of the knowledge, skills and behaviours that your apprentice has learned throughout an apprenticeship, which confirms that they are occupationally competent.
Once your apprentice successfully completes their Apprenticeship and End Point Assessment, we’ll invite you along to our Graduation Ceremony.
Training Consultant will work with you to understand your future development opportunities and introduce you and your apprentice to further Apprenticeship programmes that may be of interest.
